Digital Coaching Programs
All purchases—including our single sessions, Fluency Express, and Pro Fluency Track—are non-refundable. These services provide immediate access to proprietary content, resources, and scheduling privileges. No refunds will be issued after purchase.
Live Coaching and Messaging Support
Programs that include live Zoom sessions and messaging access involve direct engagement and real-time delivery of services. Because of this personalization, no refunds or partial refunds are available once the program has begun.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing course materials, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, technical problems do not qualify as grounds for a refund.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to revise this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of these terms.
